Regrettably, I was not good at keeping in touch with my HS classmates over the years. It was sad when I recently heard about Kathy's passing, as my memories of her are fond! This woman of professionalism and integrity was a great friend in high school. She was fun and smart and always seeking knowledge. A valuable lesson I learned from Kathy was regarding personal finances. At one time I asked Kathy to loan me some money. She wasted no time in telling me No - that she never loaned money to friends, as it might not end well! LOL! What a great lesson that was. Kathy was not afraid of losing my friendship by saying no. She was like that. What you saw was what you got from her. So thankful that our paths crossed in High School and beyond.. Rest in Peace, Kathy! Thank you for the memories!!!!!
